This benefit is not available to Support and Finance staff, however an annual discounted rate is offered when purchased through the company.
Eye Care Vouchers
All staff are entitled to free eye care vouchers to cover the cost of regular eye testing.
A discretional bonus, potentially paid twice a year.
Graduate Training Programme
We are proud of our Graduate Training Programme that has been developed to to run over the first 13 months of employment with Lockhart Garratt.
The object of the Graduate Training Programme is to provide a Graduate Consultant with a structured training programme that will introduce them to all aspects of the work undertaken by Lockhart Garratt. This will include working for period of time within:
- Administration & Support
- Digital Mapping & Graphic Design
- Finance & Accounts
- Forestry & Woodland Management
- Minerals & Waste Restoration
- Senior Leadership Team
This training provides the Graduate with the fulfilment of a programme that will widen their skills base and demonstrate a commitment to personal development that will be an element of the skills necessary to attain promotion to Assistant Consultant.
Full time employees (40hrs per week) are entitled to 25 days holiday a year, plus bank holidays.
An additional 1 day’s holiday will be offered for every 5 years of service.
The company closes its offices between Christmas and New Year. During this time, discretionary holiday days are usually offered over and above the usual staff annual leave entitlement.
Following a period of 3 months employment, you will be automatically enrolled into the company pension scheme.
Travel expenses are covered for both client and company business.
Discounted Gym Membership
All staff are entitled to a 50% discounted membership at the Corby East Midlands International Swimming Pool and Gym.
