Client: University of Cambridge
We were commissioned to provide the University of Cambridge with a detailed tree risk survey and tree risk management report on all trees on, or within, falling distance of public highways, public rights of way and other locations of public access. This survey was to cover 6 geographically independent sites owned by the University.
The scope of works comprised of a visual inspection of all trees within the boundaries of each site, and for a record to be made of the species, size, location, and condition (physiological and structural) of each tree. Recommendations as to the remedial works required were recorded as well as the timescale in which the works should be carried out. Finally a recommendation as to frequency of inspection was made.
