Gillian Wooloff

Who are you?  My name is Gill Wooloff and I’m the new Secretary and Office Administrator based at the Chipping Norton Office.

What will you do?  My main responsibilities will be to support the Office Manager with key office administration tasks, support practitioners in the discharge of client work and undertake any specialist projects as required.

What are you most looking forward to?  I am looking forward to starting my new role in early September and bringing a wealth of office and administration experience to Lockhart Garratt. I am very much looking forward to developing my role to help with the smooth running of administration within the business and becoming part of the team.

What is your background, skills and knowledge?  I have held various administration roles with various responsibilities, and after passing my  level 3 NVQ in Business Administration I became Personal Assistant. My latest role was working in the care sector in which I worked as Personal Assistant to two Directors (Finance and Commercial Director) which included providing administration support such as emails / diary management / organising events / travel / accommodation / expenses / creating documents and providing adhoc support for both departments.


What are your interests/ hobbies?  Outside of work I mostly enjoy spending time with my twin daughters, family and friends. I love going on holiday with my latest trip being to Fuerteventura. We saw dolphins  swimming in the sea on a local boat trip, which gave my children some wonderful memories to come home with. I also enjoy going to the theatre especially in London, visiting country shows and walking my black Labrador Max.
